Train journeys are a great alternative to flying to driving between destinations.  South Africa boasts a good railway network and you get to see parts of the country that you would not traditionally see when flying or even driving. 

There are two choices of train journeys between Johannesburg and Cape Town, or from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls.
