Coraffan's neighbourhood is accessible along Jalan Pantai Bolong, also known as Jalan Hotel Tugu for the distinguished hotel at the end of the road. Villa Coraffan is set back by 200 meters from this road, accessible through a private lane. The Villa is only 20 minutes away from Seminyak, though a new road from Canggu Tua to Batu Beliq will cut the time to Seminyak's Petitengget area, (where the Oberoi Hotel is), in half.

Set around a five-by-17-meter infinity pool, each of Coraffan's bedrooms has a spectacular view. The villa has an open-air living room with a sound system and equipped bar.
