Located on the beautiful Payne's Bay Beach, Sea Shells 3 bed villa is a stunning 3 level home which enjoys a shimmering view of the blue Caribbean sea. This delightful beachfront townhouse is one of six located on the beautiful West Coast just renovated and upgraded. Daily Rates: Summer: $325 - $450 USD Winter $550 - $850, plus 7.5% local tax, excluding Christmas.

On the first level is the kitchen, dining and living room with ocean view. On the second level there are two bedrooms with twin beds which can be made up as king with ensuite bathroom and a shared patio. On the third level is the Master suite with king size bed ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing room with a patio facing the sea. All bedrooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. This properity offers breath taking views of the Ocean and Sunsets, and great swimming is also readily available. This villa can also be rent as a two bedroom with will not include the Master bedroom.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds. Safe only in Master bedroom.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms have showers only. Master bathrooms has tub and shower.
