Designed to take advantage of both the seascape vista and the ever present sea breeze, this handsomely-built coral stone and fine tropical wood villa has been furnished with a deft mix of antique and contemporary pieces. The result is both gracious and informal.

The living areas of Bottom Bay House include a formal dining room with seating for twelve, a large living room to accommodate a like number, modern kitchen and laundry, full pantry with wet bar, powder room, maids' rooms and bath. Beyond the shady tiled patio with its myriad of colorful tropical shrubbery lies a large swimming pool, enclosed for privacy and equipped with lights for night-time swims.

The bedroom wing is seperated from the living areas by a lushly-landscaped inner courtyard. The magnificent air-conditioned master suite, ideally situated with a grand view of the bay, features twin dressers, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom ensuite with two sinks and bidet. There are also two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a study which can be used as a spare bedroom.
