The ground floor comprises a living room with French doors leading onto the pool deck and patio area, kitchen with dining room, laundry room and pantry, TV room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On this level full advantage is taken of the location of the villa with wonderful sea views from all of the rooms, with the exception of the TV room. The pool and patio area also have a covered seating area just off of the living and dining spaces where guests can read quietly or just relax and chat if they want to have some shelter from the sun, but still be “outdoors�. The pool deck and patio also boasts a second eating area with seating for six, so guests can enjoy outdoor dining.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a double and queen sized bed respectively and are both air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. The en-suite bathrooms have showers and there is also a separate powder room on this floor.

The kitchen with its striking red and black finishes is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and black granite countertops add to luxurious feel of this room. The comfortable living room is another area conducive to quiet relaxation with wonderful ocean views.

The upper floor houses the air-conditioned master suite with a king sized bed, dressing room and the large master bathroom which has his and hers basins and double shower which has its own lovely view of the ocean.

Crow’s Nest comes with maid service six days a week and for those guests that wish to have a cook prepare some lovely local meals, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Much thought and effort has gone into the design and furnishing of this villa to make it comfortable, welcoming and a place that guests’ will certainly want to return to after experiencing the wonderful ambiance of this house.
