North of Cape Town in Blouberg Rise just a few minuets approx’ 15 walk from the beachfront where there are also cafes, bars and restaurants, in addition there is Table View Shopping Mall also within walking distance. The property is situated in a secure estate with private garden/lawn front and rear of the villa which are not overlooked.

Estimated drive time to the city is 20 min’s and the Cableway Station up Table Mountain 25. Within 15 min’s drive are 2 golf courses. The enormous Canal Walk Mall and Water Park less than 15 min’s drive.

The airport is a 30 minute drive and the famous Stellenbosch Winelands is 40 minutes drive.

The Atlantic Beach golf course is 5 mins drive north from the apartment and about 45 minutes further on is the beautiful West Coast National Park with its wild life and lagoon, perfect for sheltered, warm water swimming.

The Beaches in this area are excellent for surfing and windsurfing, and over the last couple of years has become an epicentre for the spectacular sport of Kite-surfing. It is also part of a wild-life reserve and you can walk for miles on the beach and in the dunes.
