The Dock House Boutique Hotel is a boutique hotel and spa located in the heart of the V&A Waterfront.


Dock House offers 5 individually decorated rooms and one suite. All rooms are en suite with a mini bar, television, satellite decoder, internet. The suite has access to a private garden whilst one of the ground floor rooms opens onto a veranda overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Three of the 4 upstairs rooms have balconies overlooking the Waterfront harbour. Two of these rooms can be inter-leading.

The Dock House has its own private kitchen and Chef. Breakfasts are served in the breakfast room, alternatively there is in-room dining for the evening or ‘al fresco’ dining is possible by the pool area. The V&A Waterfront also offers a wide choice of restaurants from steakhouses to fine dining.

For extra relaxation there is a Spa & Wellness center.

Small and personalised within a private setting of the Waterfront, the Dockhouse can also be booked on an exclusive use basis.
