The One & Only is an 'urban chic' 5 star luxury resort hotel located on the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

The One & Only offers 131 spacious rooms and suites - the largest in all of Cape Town. Warm finishes and attention to detail. All rooms are en suite with large baths, separate showers and double marble vanity. Your stay includes the services of a dedicated butler, 24 hours a day.

Accommodation selection at One & Only:
The seven-storey Marina Rise with 91 rooms and suites – each with its own private balcony offering uninhibited views of the harbour and Table Mountain.

The 40 Island suites are locatead on a secluded, landscaped island surrounded by a water way and offer a private balcony or terrace and waterway views.

Services include 24 hour butler service, fresh fruit, daily maid service & turndown. Room facilities include multi-media satellite entertainment system, 42’’ flat screen television, DCD/CD player, mini bar, expresso machine, Wi-Fi, safe and hair-dryer.

There are also 3 Penthouses with panoramic views of Table Mountain & Robben Island. Each Penthouse features a large living space, plus dining areas and broad outdoor terraces – perfect for sundowners! Accessed by private lifts, each Penthouse has four en-suite bedrooms, including a Master Suite with his and hers bathrooms.

The spa offers 12 treatment rooms plus 2x 18 sqm vitality pools. There are single and couple treatment rooms, sauna, steam room as well as a hair salon.

There are two top class restaurants as well as a less formal bar area. Otherwise relax by the 350 sqm free-flow swimming pool with areas for privacy, lounges to sunbath or just take a refreshing dip!
