Location
Situated in a quiet leafy cul de sac, only 100 meters from Camps Bay beach, estimated walking time to the Camps Bay village with beachfront shops, trendy cafés, cocktail bars and famous restaurants is less than 5 min’s but allow more for the return journey which whilst not far up the hill will take longer. The Blinkwater stream runs in front of the house originating at the top of Table Mountain.

5 very spacious elegantly decorated en-suite bedrooms all with balconies accommodates at least 10 people with ease.

The main communal entertaining area is on the entry level with an enamours lounge and games room/area with pool table just off to the side leading. Floor to ceiling windows/doors provide plenty of light and views out to the terrace as well as direct access to the pool terrace.

The 3 terraces, (1 with pool) offer the perfect vantage point to relax, enjoy the views and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining as well as braai (bbq) facilities. The villa overlooks the famous palm fringed Camps Bay Beach and Atlantic Ocean with breathtaking views of the Lions Head mountain peak.
