The nearest beaches are Camps Bay and Clifton at approx’ 5 min’s drive. The city and V&A Waterfront can be reached easily by car at approx’ 10 min’s drive.

Open plan main living space, with the lounge looking out to the ocean and the kitchen to the rear. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with ample seating, stunning ocean views and opens up onto the very large patio with plunge pool.

The dining area has ample seating for 10 people and also opens up onto the large patio which has seating for 8.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, fridge and freezer as well as a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher.
