It is across the road from the quaint old harbour which berths
many yachts and luxury power boats. It is right next to our “world
famous” Bikini Beach.
There are restaurants all around the marina.
You drive through remote controlled doors into a huge
underground parking area.
Once inside you have your own
double garage with its own remote controlled doors.
The garage
leads directly into the apartment.
There is also a lift through the front entrance / reception area.
There are two bedrooms / 2 bathrooms.
Main en suite with a shower / toilet (Kingsize bed with 100% cotton
percale linen supplied).
The main bedroom has an air conditioner.
The second bedroom has twin beds.
The second bathroom has a bath and toilet
All linen is supplied.
The bedrooms lead out onto a large balcony which overlooks the
Marina.
There is an overhead yellow sun awning which winds out and
shades the balcony.
There is a large open plan lounge / kitchen / diningroom area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer / 4 plate stove
/ extractor fan / microwave / pots and pans / kettle / toaster /
coffee machine / dishwasher / washing machine.
In the lounge area there is a DVD / CD / Video player / TV
There is a DSTV connection.
