It is a duplex apartment with both sea and mountain views, nestled on the shores of Hout Bay

Encircled by the peaks of The Sentinel and Chapman's Peak, and with Table Mountain at it's back, the bay is spectacularly beautiful, with a long, safe, clean beach perfectly suited for sunbathing, water sports, walking, cycling, kayaking and more


Apartment Layout:

The ground floor of the apartment has a front & rear patio, a small entrance hall/breakfast nook, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious lounge

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite)

The front patio looks out onto the bay and is an ideal spot to enjoy the early morning and late afternoon sea views.

The main bedroom has the sea view It also has plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom (all tastefully decorated in old-world ethnic style)

The spacious en-suite bathroom has a bath, toilet, and vanity with mirror and lots of cupboard space. Soft pastel colours enhance the tranquility of the room

The 2nd bedroom looks out over the rear patio and has a mountain view
It contains a double bed and a single bed, ideal for a couple with a small child, or for 2-3 children/adults

The 2nd bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with mirror and cupboard space. As this bathroom is at the top of the stairs, it also functions as the guest bathroom

The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed
Appliances include a dishwasher, a tumble-dryer for clothes, a large fridge with cabinet freezer, a 4-plate stove and oven, a microwave, plus the usual smaller appliances (kettle, toaster, etc)
A full range of cutlery & crockery for 8 settings is complemented by almost any cooking or food preparation items you could wish for

The lounge is situated in the rear of the apartment, adjacent to the mountain-view patio
Two big sofas and two ultra-comfy "Copenhagen" chairs encircle the lounge
One of the sofas folds out into a sleeper-sofa, suitable for one adult or two children
Also in the lounge are the TV, DVD player, DSTV digital satellite TV (approx 50 TV channels and 40 audio-music channels), and mini-HiFi with CD player


The dining room features a 6-seater table, perfect for family dinners.

The breakfast nook is situated between the kitchen and the front patio, and is an ideal spot to spend breakfast, read the papers, or to sit and relax.
