Three double bedroomed house in Bloubergstrand with large balconies and excellent views. Private salt water swimming pool and fully equipped with entertainment and kitchen. 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Built around a central courtyard with salt water swimming pool, shaded patios and built-in barbeque (or braai as they say in South Africa), the house has been designed for entertainment and relaxation.

The entire ground floor, featuring open plan living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and downstairs twin bedroom, opens up through ceiling to floor glass doors onto the pool area, allowing the whole house to become a poolside room.

The lounge has TV, Sky, DVD, VHS and MP3-equipped HiFi (remember to bring favourite films, CDs or MP3 players) while the large, granite-topped kitchen is equipped for a fully self-catering stay.

The downstairs floors and external patios are all made of original African slate and the windows shaded with bamboo blinds, making the living spaces fabulously cool on the hottest of days. For Winter visitors (June – August), the lounge and dining room features a large, double sided open fireplace for cosy nights in by the fire.

Upstairs features two spacious double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and large balconies enjoying sensational views of Table Mountain and the sea. Both bedrooms have queen sized double beds with 100% white cotton bedlinen. One bathroom boasts a glamorous, egg-shaped bath while the other has a corner bath, separate shower and double basins. Both bathrooms are tiled completely in African sandstone.

The house is just two minutes walk from the renowned and protected Blouberg beach, an unspoilt area of outstanding beauty from which most postcard shots of Table mountain are taken.

Shops a 5 minutes walk or a short drive and there are good restaurants in the area. The Atlantic Beach golf course is 5 minutes away and the city centre and the V&A Waterfront about 20 minutes drive.
