Location
The property is well located in a quiet residential street in upper Camps Bay away from the noise and bustle of lower Camps Bay. Set in private grounds below the owner’s free standing property. The garden and pool are shared with the owners who are highly respectful of their guests tending to typically leaving the shared areas to the privacy of the guests.
Access to the beachfront, shops & restaurants is walk able for those that like walking at approx’ 20 min’s down, allow at least 30 for the return (uphill) journey. By car just a 2 minuet drive. Of an evening a great solution is a stroll down taking advantage of the short cut footpaths and returning by taxi, there are plenty of taxi’s down on the beachfront.

Apartment occupying the bottom level of a free standing property. Mountain and Ocean views can be enjoyed from the garden and pool areas.
Living & Dinning
Spacious open plan living space with lounge and dining areas are that flow out onto a patio with braai (bbq) facilities, outside dining, secluded garden and swimming pool.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.

• 1 double and 1 twin (2x single) beds en-suite bedrooms
The twin can be converted to a double by prior arrangement

• Swimming pool will be almost exclusively for guests
