Location
Situated high up in Camps Bay backing on to Table Mountain National Park with the Atlantic Ocean in front. There is even a path from the property to the national park. Walking time down to the beachfront, allow 25-30 min’s but 2 min’s in the car, the return is steep but there are plenty of cabs on the beachfront. The cableway for Table Mountain is less than 4 min’s drive up the road.

The villa is nestled against the backdrop of Table Mountain facing out at the vast Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain Nature Reserve is in your backyard. This villa offers outdoor living at its best with a stunning sundeck to enjoy the fantastic views from. In addition to the steps up to the villa there is also a funicular.

There are 2 properties that can be taken together. Below Villa Theresa is (Fynbos Garden Apartment) which has 2 bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. In addition there is a 3rd separate bedroom with bathroom which could be taken to incrase Villa Theresa to 4 bedrooms.

Living & Dining
The villa is reachable by few steps and the entrance opens onto the living room incorporating the lounge, dining area and a luxury modern open plan kitchen. Sliding doors open onto the sundeck.

Kitchen
Fully new equipped kitchen with everything typically required including fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
3 double bedrooms (including the master bedroom with en-suite) serviced by 2 bathrooms, an en-suite to the master and a separate bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms.
