Lovely 2 bedroom garden apartment on the lower slopes of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range with stunning views of the ocean, coast and the surrounding mountain of Camps Bay

Location
High up in Camps Bay with the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range as the back drop. In just 2 min’s drive down the hillside is Camps Bay beachfront, with it’s wide selection of restaurants, shops and cafes. Just 5 min’s drive to the Cableway Station that goes up Table Mountain and less than 10 min’s to the V&A Waterfront.

Property
Accommodate up to 4 people in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms serviced by 2 bathrooms.

The garden flat is below (Villa Theresa), they separate properties with their own entrances and own gardens but they can be rented out together to accommodate a larger party. In addition there is a 3rd bedroom however this is an external bedroom that can be taken with either property (Theresa or Fynbos). Steps and a funicular enable access up to the property.
There is a pool but this is part of Villa Theresa although if agreed in advance and time of booking it is possible to work our shared pool access however this cannot be guaranteed so must be agreed at time of booking to avoid miss-understanding.

Please note that the 3rd bedroom and bathroom is separate with its entrance. Access is up some steps from the Garden Apartment.

Spacious open plan living area that spans across the garden floor to ceiling windows/doors provide access directly out to the garden and enable wonderful ocean, mountain and coastal views from within.

Entertainment; Satellite TV and music system.

Dining seats up to 4 people and is open plan to the kitchen.

Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (inc' fridge-freezer & microwave), cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils including washing machine and dishwasher.

2 double en-suite bedrooms all with floor to ceiling windows/doors providing direct access outside to the garden.
