Nestled in the quiet residential streets of mid Camps Bay, overlooking Bakoven with views of the ocean from the front of the property, Lion's head and the famous Twelve Apostles mountain range front and rear of the house. Situated in its own walled garden with good size swimming pool walking down to the beachfront less than 10 min’s but allow 15 for the return.

Adjoined to the living room is the dining area with large 8 seated sleeper wood dining room table. The eclectic style of the living room is drawn into the dining room by well selected mismatched chairs, from which to enjoy almost panoramic views of the mountains and coast line. Sleek sliding doors allow for the living room to be completely closed off and private from the rest of the house.

Kitchen
Modern kitchen blends classic fittings with chrome appliances. A large gas cooker and stove, quaint dark wood breakfast table and informal family room with flat screen TV divide the space between the dining and kitchen area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (with air-con')
• Bedroom 1 – downstairs beautifully decorated bedroom with open plan en suite bathroom features a restored fire place, direct garden access and spacious bathroom. Complete with his and hers wash basins, shower and free standing.
• Bedroom 2 & 3 – upstairs are the other two bedrooms, stylishly decorated against magnificently restored parquet flooring. Both bedrooms lead directly onto the upstairs balcony, decked and decorated with potted aloes and white garden rocks. Bedroom two, aptly named the Palm Tree Room, has Atlantic sea and table mountain views, and open plan bath room with shower and free standing bath. There is a double king bed or twin (made up as required), air-conditioning and modern flat screen TV. Bedroom three, named the "Atlantic" Room”, has an en suite open plan bath room with shower only. There is a double queen bed, air-conditioning and modern flat screen satellite TV.
