Location
Desirable Clifton is one of the popular locations on the Atlantic Seaboard, sandwiched between Camps Bay renowned for it’s trendy restaurants and Bantry Bay for it Boutique Hotels and ‘wind-free’ (so it claims) location. Clifton is perched on the mountain side on the slopes of the Lions Head (mountain) foot hills of Table Mountain approx’ 10 min’s drive from the city and fractionally closer the V&A Waterfront.

The cottage is located low down, below the main coast road, Victoria Road over looking Clifton’s 4th Beach, 4th Beach is the closer cove to Camps Bay, less than a mile from the from Camps Bay beachfront, where the main selection of restaurants, shops and cafes are located.

Living & Dining
Large open plan main living space, a pair of floor to ceiling glass windows/doors takes up most of the front/ocean facing wall giving a view of sand, surf and ocean as well as access out onto a wooden deck. The air-conditioned lounge has shabby chic décor, sleek, pale wood floors and a comfy cloth sofa plus two chairs. Outside on the deck is a Jacuzzi, relaxing and dining furniture, a long table and 10 chairs for dining and entertaining in the shade of the rustic trellis or the two sun umbrellas provided.

Kitchen
The kitchen has all the mod cons to make light work of unavoidable chores, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and cooker. The white-tiled guest bathroom off the lounge has a bath, separate toilet and washing machine, and a tiny backyard provides drying space for washing.

The bedrooms are down a short flight of stairs
• Master bedroom; cool pale décor, a large double bed and floor to ceiling glass windows/doors that give access to a lush, postage stamp-sized garden whose gate leads directly onto the beach. The en-suite white-tiled bathroom boasts a sizeable corner bath, basin and toilet.
• 2nd bedroom; also with cool white décor, a large double bed and loads of built-in cupboard space. Opposite it is a bathroom with a glass cubicle shower, basin and toilet, tiled in white.
• 3rd bedroom; boasts a warm cream colour scheme and lots of built-in cupboards as well as a large double bed and a view out to the ocean via a glass sliding door.
• 2 bathrooms; en-suite to the master and a second family bathroom opposite bedroom 2.
