Location
Noordhoek is best know fore it’s huge long beach and famous scenic drive, ‘Chapmans Peak Drive’ which commences in Hout Bay. Drive time to Hout Bay is less than 05 min’s and distance for the city is 30km.

The villa is set in it’s own private fully enclosed garden with jungle gym accessed via a remote controlled security gate at the foot of Chapman’s Peak Mountain. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the beach at 400m away, plus Long Beach Mall at just 5 min’s drive.

Property
Accommodates up to 10 people, in 5 bedrooms serviced by 3 bathrooms. The 5th (semi) bedroom is small suitable for children but it is slightly away from the other bedrooms so not best for very young children.

The property is spacious with 2 lounges and very nicely furnished with quality fixtures and fitting. In the garden is a good sized beach style pool with safety fence.

Living & Dining
Open plan layout downstairs, lounge to dining and dining to kitchen. The main lounge is on the ground floor with fireplace and direct access to the covered veranda with the garden and pool beyond. The second lounge is on the first floor, very spacious with high ceilings, entertainments bar, lounge suite with large satellite TV and French doors leading onto the huge wooden deck veranda with most amazing ocean and mountain views.

Kitchen
The sunny kitchen is fully equipped, including breakfast bar, under-floor heating, chrome 5-pit gas stove, marble kitchen surfaces, and new chrome appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
