Situated in it’s own private garden in Kronenzicht, Hout Bay which is the Constantia end of Hout Bay. The property enjoys a selection of views including ocean, mountain, village and valley. Constantia is the Cape Towns original Winelands so some wonderful restaurants and small wine estates to explore.

Drive time to the beach is approx’ 2 min’s and about the same to the fishing harbour, walking would take approx’ 15 but into the village to the shops approx’ 10 min’s.

Dining room (off the kitchen on the other side from the lounge) comfortably seats 8 and via sliding French doors opens up to the pool terrace.
