• Master bedroom; twin (2x single) beds with 100% cotton linen, built in dressing table and five-door built in wardrobes with a safe. This room has its own private patio and newly fitted en-suite with walk in shower/wet room vanity unit toilet and bidet.
• The poppy room has twin beds, beds with 100% cotton linen, built in wardrobes and dressing table. Serviced by a family bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom.
• Bedroom three has a triple bunk, a single bed on top with superior mattress and double bed, which makes into seating for the daytime. Serviced by a family bathroom shared with the poppy bedroom.
• Family bathroom; newly fitted consisting of bath shower and pedestal sink and separate toilet.

Outside
Fully enclosed private garden almost full surrounds the property. To the rear of the property off the kitchen is a terrace with washing line and garden beyond. The garden flows up and around the property to the front and below to where the large entertainment terrace overlooking the 8 meter swimming pool with thermal cover. In addition there is an out side pool room complete with shower toilet and vanity basin.
