Location
The villa is situated within its own large garden, close to Constanita Village, approx’ 2 min’s drive, walk-able at approx’ 10-15 min’s and approx’ 5 min’s drive from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Hout Bay is the nearest beach at less than 15 min’s drive, its also a working fishing harbour village where you can get the best fish & chips or better still fresh fish for your braai (bbq). Alternatively the Indian Ocean coastline is just slightly further away but with some lovely beaches and arguably ‘warmer’ waters as the locals claim!

Constantia is Cape Towns original wine growing area, there are a selection of wine estates on the doorstep to experience and some phenomenal restaurants to try. Also well known for shopping with several malls /centres as well as arts and crafts shops.
