The house is set in large well-established private gardens with perfect lawns in Constantia, Cape Town’s original wine growing area. Constantia is a very convenient central base location with great access into the city, beach, Atlantic and Indian Ocean coast as well as the key highways out of the city.

Just a short drive from the house to a selection of Wine Estates and superb restaurants from approx’ 2 min’s drive. Shopping is easy in Constantia with a large shopping village/centre and several smaller shopping areas dotted about. Also within an easy drive approx’ 5/10 min drive are tennis-courts and the city at approx’ 15.

Accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms serviced by 5 bathrooms. A fully equipped cottage in the grounds provides a further 2 en-suite bedrooms, lounge, kitchen etc available by prior arrangement.

The property is spacious with great outdoors entertainment space as well as indoor.

Dinning room seats up to 14 people. A second covered veranda by the pool provide shaded outside dinning as well.
