The house is set in it’s own private gardens with beautiful lawns in Constantia, which was originally Cape Town’s wine growing area. This location is excellent for convenient access to get out and about to the city, beach, Atlantic and Indian Ocean coast as well as the key highways out of the city.

Just a short drive from the house to a selection of Wine Estates and superb restaurants from approx’ 2 min’s drive. Shopping is easy in Constantia with a large shopping village/centre and several smaller shopping areas dotted about. Also within an easy drive approx’ 5/10 min drive are tennis-courts and the city at approx’ 15.

Accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.

The property is large spacious and airy with an elegance about it. An impressive staircase leads from the entrance hall to the galleried upper level with bedrooms leading off.

Living & Dinning
The main living space is open plan with dining, lounge and kitchen areas a covered veranda provide shaded relaxed sitting and dinning as well. There are 2 lounges one more formal which is elegantly furnished with a bar and the second a TV lunge with guest cloakroom leading off it.

Dining (inside and under the veranda) seats up to 12 people.
