Location
In the heart of rural Constantia set on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain. Originally this area was Cape Town’s original Winelands, a selection of wine estates and superb restaurants are within a few minuets drive.

Constantia is a great base location for good access out and about; both Atlantic and Ocean Coasts, Winelands as well as into the city. The road network is especially good in this area.

Plenty of national parkland enables great walking, horse riding and stunning views. Constantia is also well know for golf, with a selection of courses to offer, 3 top class courses in the immediate vicinity to Broadacres.

Property
Accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms serviced by 3 bathrooms in the main house plus another 2 en-suite bedrooms in a cottage in the grounds. Broadacres can be booked with or without the cottage however the cottage will not be rented our at the same time as the main house without prior agreement.

Large open plan living room with dining and lounge areas leading out to the covered terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. The covered terrace is fully furnished with relaxing and dining furniture.
