The lounge is arranged around a generous fireplace, whilst the 16 seater dining table is a few strides from the kitchen. Off both the lounge and dining is direct access onto the covered outdoor patio with dining and relaxing furniture.

There is a separate TV lounge with Satellite and surround sound, which can feed music through to speakers in the living areas and outdoor patio too, situation in the wing of the house where 3 bedrooms are located. In the opposite wing is a large children’s play/games room with pool table.

Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen will separate scullery, all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
