Location
Constanita, Cape Towns original Winelands is a beautiful area on the foothills of Table Mountain. Well know for hiking, horse riding, golf, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, world class dining and superb wine estates. This area makes for a great base location because of it’s excellent access to the main routes into and out of the city. Approximate drive times:
• City @ 15 min’s
• Indian Ocean coast/beaches @ 20 min’s
• Atlantic Ocean coast/beach @ 10 min’s
• Winelands @ 30 min’s
• Hout Bay fishing harbour (where you can get fresh fish for the braai/bbq) @ 10 mins’

Situated in it’s own grounds within the boundaries of the main house, this cottage enjoy use of the main house grounds and large pool with pool house and braai (bbq) facilities. The building is on 2 levels nestled into a slope so both levels are accessed directly from the grounds (no stairs). A self-contained 2 bedroom apartment occupies the upper level Majinti Cottage with the salon on the lower, both with their own entrance.

Accommodates up to 2 people in 1 bedroom serviced by a bathroom.

Attractive newly built cottage with views over the hill and mountains of Constantia. Whilst the property shares the gardens of the main house they are significantly large to afford privacy to both properties. The cottage is set pretty peaceful glade setting.

Living
The lounge is comfortably furnished including TV, DVD player and stereo.

Dining & Kitchen
Fully equipped and fitted kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (including dishwasher), cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Dining seats up to 6 people. Note - the dining table in the picture has been replaced with a solid antique walnut oval table with sideboard.

A comfortable large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower no bath)
