Constanita, Cape Towns original Winelands is a beautiful area on the foothills of Table Mountain. Well know for hiking, horse riding, golf, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, world class dining and superb wine estates as well as amazing shopping in one of Cape Towns larger Malls and smaller craft and village shopping dotted around.

This area makes for a great base location because it’s so central to the Cape and therefore the sights and activities around the cape. Excellent access to the main arteries into and out of the city, Atlantic coast Ocean in one direction and the Indian Ocean coast the other, plus the Winelands. Approximate drive times:
• City @ 15 min’s
• Indian Ocean coast/beaches @ 20 min’s
• Atlantic Ocean coast/beach @ 10 min’s
• Winelands @ 30 min’s
• Hout Bay fishing harbour (where you can get fresh fish for the braai/bbq) @ 10 mins’

Situated in it’s own grounds within the boundaries of the main house, this cottage enjoy use of the main house grounds and large pool with pool house and braai (bbq) facilities. The building is on 2 levels nestled into a slope so both levels are accessed directly from the grounds (no stairs). A self-contained 1 bedroom apartment is on the lower level Majinti Salon and a 2 bedroom apartment on the upper, both with their own entrance.
