Location
Constanita in the foothills of Table Mountain is Cape Towns original wine region approx’ 15 to 25 min’s drive from the city. The area is still home to some of the famous wines, beautiful wine estates and some world class restaurants however it is also home to some very prestigious properties. This is a fabulous location for outdoors space, activities and for good access around the cape. Properties typically offer superb private outdoors space, a large amount of the area is national park with good trails for hiking, horse riding and off-road cycling. In addition there are some fabulous golf courses and excellent shopping including one of the larger shopping malls Cape Town has to offer. Access to the city, Winelands, Atlantic and Indian Coasts are good because so many of the key road arteries that enable transport around the cape are easily accessed from here.

Set in the heart of the oldest winemaking region in the Cape and bordering the vineyards of Groot Constantia, this new villa nestles in a secure estate surrounded by indigenous fynbos gardens and ancient oak trees.
