Location
Situated in extensive grounds which is shares with the garden cottage Broadacres Cottage, neither property is overlooking the other both look out over well maintained grounds enabling plenty of private outdoors space. The main entrance to the grounds is shared as is the parking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few min’s drive, , Meadowridge park and shop is walking distance, the nearest beach is on the Atlantic coast at approx’ 10-15 min’s drive and on the Indian Ocean coast approx’ 15-20 min’s drive. The city can be conveniently accessed in approx’ 15 min’s drive.

Constantia is an upmarket area renowned for outdoor activities but originally Cape Town’s original wine region. Some of the oldest wine estates are located in this area as are a good range of world class restaurants and golf courses. Vast areas of national park has made the area popular with hikers of all levels and also cyclist on and off road. Further more there are some great shopping locations from craft centres to one of Cape Town’s larger shopping malls.

Smart tastefully decorated 2 level house overlooking well maintained grounds and offering restful mountain views.

Most of the outside facilities are shared with the cottage however by prior arrangement it can be arranged for sole use however this must be agreed at time of booking to ensure there is no disappointment

Living & Dining
Large open plan main living/entertainment space with lounge, dining and kitchen areas, flowing out via French windows/doors to a covered terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. An additional lounge come games/TV room with ¾ billiard table, dart board, large screen TV (PVR & DSTV) and ping pong table.

Entertainment; TV’s with DSTV, ¾ billiard table, dart board, ping pong table and wireless ADSL

On the veranda is an outside lounge area with very comfortable furniture as well as a dining and braai area

Kitchen
Modern fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery cutlery etc…. Plus a separate scullery with laundry facilities.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• 4 double bedrooms, the master with en-suit bathroom, there is some flexibility in that some of the bedrooms can be made up as twins or large doubles
• 5th bedroom – a single
• 3 bathrooms service the 5 bedrooms one however is en-suite to the master
