Location
Situated in the grounds of a main house Broadacres, located just off to the side so neither property is overlooking the other. The main entrance to the grounds is shared as is the parking but both properties enjoy their own outdoors space. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few min’s drive, Meadowridge park and shop is walking distance, the nearest beach is on the Atlantic coast at approx’ 10-15 min’s drive and on the Indian Ocean coast approx’ 15-20 min’s drive. The city can be conveniently accessed in approx’ 15 min’s drive.

Constantia is an upmarket area renowned for outdoor activities but originally Cape Town’s original wine region. Some of the oldest wine estates are located in this area as are a good range of world class restaurants and golf courses. Vast areas of national park has made the area popular with hikers of all levels and also cyclist on and off road. Further more there are some great shopping locations from craft centres to one of Cape Town’s larger shopping malls.

• 2 double bedrooms upstairs in the cottage both with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a bath. Beds are large doubles/twin (2x single) beds which can be made up as requested.
• 3rd bedroom – a double with en-suite bathroom (shower & bath) is an exterior bedroom accessible only from outside the property (not within)
