Location
Over towards the Clifton and Glen side of Camps Bay the walk to the beach and the strip (beachfront, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes) is less than 10 min’s at a relaxed easy pace, with no climbs/hill to speak of.

Property
Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
The accommodation is on 2 levels with the entertainment and living space on the entrance and upper level. Access is secure via the double garage. It is newly furnished with spectacular mountain and ocean views.

Living/Entertainment Space
Large open living space with fire place is divided into dinning, lounge and kitchen areas. Tall windows and sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace. The terrace is well furnished with wicker chairs and sofa as well as table and chairs to dine outside from.

A small secluded courtyard, with wooden decking, that provides a pleasant shaded spot to relax or braai/barbeque.

A large entertainment area (with TV-lounge) between bedrooms 2 and 3 on the lower level has sliding doors out to the sundeck with swimming pool, that looks out over the bay.

Guest toilet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is separated from the living space by a breakfast bar, it is modern, fully fitted with granite work surfaces and equipped with all the necessary appliances, crockery etc…

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master bedroom on the first level king bed, ocean views and an en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet).
2nd & 3rd bedrooms are on the lower level, one double with queen and the other a twin (2x single) beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (bath, shower, toilet).

Secluded courtyard furnished with outdoor table and chair as well as braai/barbeque facilities/equipment.
Terrace with wicker furnishings.
