Atlantic facing the property set between the ocean and the mountain in Bantry Bay overlooked from the rear by the Lions Head (mountain), and in front and around Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Robben Island sticking out above the ocean and the Table Bay harbor. Estimated walking time to the shops and restaurants is 10 min’s down the hill but allow 15 for the return uphill journey.

Bantry Bay is an upmarket suburb of Cape Town on the Atlantic Seaboard well know for its ‘boutique hotels of which the cape pioneered the standard, it’s claims of being ‘wind free’ has aided to its desirability as a base location for visitors and residents.
