The ingenious versatility of this six-bedroom villa is that it can separate into 3 apartments on self-contained floors. The design is wrought in indigenous natural materials of signature balau timber decking and in the interior travertine tiling and caesar-stone. The villa is environmentally-friendly in minimizing water use by means of an electronically controlled watering system, rain-water tank irrigation recycling and rooftop solar panels.

All bedrooms have air-conditioners and enjoy sea-views with direct decking access while having LCD TVs installed with digital DSTV channels in common with the communal living areas. All bathrooms and kitchens have under-floor heating and heated towel-rails.
Bathrooms are fitted with under floor and towel rail heating. Glass, sliding doors open out on to the patio levels consisting of 2 Jacuzzis, 2 swimming pools (1 heated)

The other 2 bedrooms are doubles sharing a bathroom.
