Location
Centrally located in the middle of the trendiest new district of De Waterkant which includes the oldest part of the city. It is here in the old section you will find the original police and fire stations set off cobbles streets among brightly coloured town houses at the foot of Signal Hill. This swish new block is stylish and safe and perfectly located for any business executive or holidaymaker used to city elegance without the generic style of hotels.

Approx’ walking time to the city is 5 min’s and to the V&A less than 10. This area is peppered with small query cheerful street cafes and cocktail bars along the sides of the cobbled streets.

De Waterkant district is venue to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, and museums. Guests will find whatever they’re looking for right on their doorstep, or mere minutes walk away. Many of the quaint streets are cobbled and steep and a variety of secret finds are hidden under old trees and behind renovated buildings and makes for an enjoyable adventure.
