Situated in the central hub of the De Waterkant village on Dixon Street, well known for its excellent restaurants and nightlife. This area is one of the oldest parts of Cape Town, De Waterkant where the original police and fire stations were located and the buildings still stand. De Waterkant has a cheerful warm fun vibe to it oozing charm.

Approx’ walking time to the city is 5 min’s and to the V&A and Cape Towns International Convention Center (CTICC) are both less than 10 min’s. This area is peppered with quirky cheerful street cafes and cocktail bars along the sides of the cobbled streets.
