Situated on the edge of the De Waterkant village at the foot of the Lions Head Mountain. This area is well known for its excellent restaurants and nightlife. This area is one of the oldest parts of Cape Town, De Waterkant where the original police and fire stations were located and the buildings still stand. De Waterkant has a cheerful warm fun vibe to it oozing charm.

The apartment building it’s self has a shopping complex down stairs and apartment above. 24 hour staffed security ensures people can’t accidently access the restricted residential area upstairs.

Approx’ walking time to the city is 5 min’s and to the V&A less than 10 where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants from the casual to the ultra smart. CTICC (Convention Centre) is less than 10 min’s walk but just in the immediate area De Waterkant is peppered with small quirky cheerful street cafes and cocktail bars along the sides of the cobbled streets.
