Situated just one road up from the beach road on the Simons Town side of Fish Hoek. Approx’ 2 to 5 min’s walk to the beach and 10 to 15 to the shops and restaurants.

This property enjoys wonderful ocean views at every opportunity, bedrooms, living space and wrap around terrace. Southern Right Whales season is from May to Nov but we recommend you take your binoculars all year round as it's not unusual to sight whales throughout the year and this property is great for just that.

Open plan living space with lounge, dinning and kitchen areas is ocean facing providing stunning ocean views from inside and out. Leading off the living area is a warp around terrace great for whale watching in season (May to Nov).
