The property is a spacious three bedroom villa with shash windows and shutters, whitewashed walls with clay tiles in the lounge and kitchen and carpets in the 2 bedrooms ensuite. The main bathroom with queen bed, has a shower, bath, basin, bidet, toilet and towel heater and the guest bedroom with queen bed has a shower above bath, basin, toilet and towel heater. The separate cottage in the garden has a queen size bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and basin and is very nice finished in a Norwegian style. The separate cottage got its own small kitchenette and can be rented separately. It also boasts a pool at the back of the house with beautiful mountain views from the partly covered entertainment area. The property is set back from the road and has a front lawn surrounded by plumbago and aguaphantus. A pathway leads from the pavement directly to the covered stoep, verandah and front stoep. Off street parking is available at the back of the house through the automated sliding gate.

Sitting room
The front door opens straight into a spacious sitting room annex dining area with an open planfully fitted kitchen on the right hand side, with dishwasher, hob, oven, coffeemaker, fridge/freezer etc and cooking island. Around the open fire there are two upholstered sofas, coffee table, Dstv, dvd player and many books too chosse from. During winter a wood burning stove will keep the atmosphere cozy as well as the floor heating throughout the house. The french doors lead from the lounge to a paved and covered private courtyard where you can soak up the African sun or cool off in the large pool. The dining area with 8 chairs is tastefully furnished by Peter Osbourne a famous South African designer. The lounge is finished with artwork and accessoiries.

From the courtyard you have beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. Relax in your reclining chairs or have a nice diner with friends at the 8 seater dining table with glass top.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is user friendly and the central island creates a social work station while preparing meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle and Wedgewood crockery. The scullery has its own washing machine.

Bedrooms
On each side of the lounge is a bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished in neutral tones and the guest bedroom is colourful. Both bedrooms have sidetables and reading lamps and both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with ample storage space. The separate cottage has a queen bed and is very nice furnished in a Norwegian style.
