Historical Franschhoek in the heart of the Winelands just over an hours drive from the city has managed to hold on to it’s colonial feel. The town is reputed to be ‘the best town to eat out in the southern hemisphere’ this is due to it having the highest number of awarded restaurants than any other.

The town makes a character base location to enjoy Franschhoek valley, and the Cape Winelands, with plenty of wine estates on the door step, beautiful walking, good access to a number of golf courses, fly fishing and horse riding.
