Situated in a small complex of 10 town houses just off the main road of Franschhoek. The town of Franschhoek is an historic old town that has retained its colonial charm. It is renowned for the wine from the region and dining out, because this town has more of the top ten restaurants than any other in the southern hemisphere it is reputed to be the best town to eat out in!

There are 2 (no’s 1 & 7) modern townhouses in this development for holiday rental. Both are smart 2 level spacious properties, fully air-conditioned with plenty of natural light and pleasant outdoors space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and the main living/entertainment area down stairs.

Open plan living/entertainment area with lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is not entirely separate but located off the dining area. The lounges are comfortably furnished with fireplaces, tall windows/doors off the lounge provide access out to the private patio and pool area.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (no 1 has laundry facilities, there are plenty of laundry services in the town), cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery cutlery etc….
