Situated in the lower part of the historical Franschhoek in the Winelands. This accommodation enables walking access to many of the ‘world class’ restaurants that this town is famous for. Franschhoek claims to be ‘the best town to dine out in’ in the southern hemisphere because it is home to more of the top 10 restaurants than any other town.

Living & Dining
Double volume open-plan living area on the entry level of the apartment with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. A section of the apartment wall is almost entirely glass enabling stunning views over Franschhoek and of the mountains. At the end of the main living/entertainment area opposite to the kitchen are double glass doors enabling access out on to a balcony.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have double queen beds as standard, there can be some flexibility in that it maybe possible to change a double for twin beds however this cannot be guaranteed and must be agreed in advance prior to booking to avoid disappointment. Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard and hanging space.
• Master bedroom; upstairs gallery style bedroom with en-suit bathroom and an internal balcony running the length of the main living space with a study area at the end
• 2nd bedroom; on the entry level serviced by a separate but dedicated bathroom
