From the house it’s just 10 min’s stroll to the beach and 5 to the shops and restaurants it’s an excellent base and sanctuary.

Family/entertainment room is below the house and reached by an internal staircase. It is very large with a small bar and seating area plus full sized Table Tennis Table. Large sliding doors lead out on to the lower patio and the swimming pool, for child safety's sake stair gates are providing to help prevent small children approaching the pool without adults.

Courtyard and Patio shaded by a splendid example of the Milkwood tree (protected species in South Africa) with braai (bbq) facilities).
