Situated within a secure complex at the start of stunning Chapman’s Peak Drive in Hout Bay. Chapman’s Peak Drive is a well known scenic route around the coast to the Indian Ocean Coastline. Hout Bay beach is a leisurely stroll no more than 5 min’s from the property and the nearby shops restaurants no further.

Fully-equipped, self-catering duplex (2 level) townhouse set in a private garden.

Bedrooms
There are two double bedrooms upstairs: one with views towards the mountains and the other towards Hout Bay and the ocean. There is one family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Linen and bath towels are supplied.

The master bedroom has a radio and CD player

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary for a self-catering break including microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine.

Living & Dinning
The living space (ground floor) is open plan with the kitchen leading onto a bright, sunny lounge with T.V. and DVD player. Trellis doors enable direct access to the patio and garden as well as additional security.

Outside
Private, sun facing patio, sheltered from the wind, giving way the garden. There is garden furniture and BBQ provided. The patio and garden area are both quiet and not overlooked.
