Location
Situated a little back in Hout Bay with private gardens but still less than 10 min’s walk from the beachfront, where there is also a wide selection of restaurants, shops and cafes. Drive time to the harbor where you can buy fresh fish for your braai (BBQ) is approx’ 5 mins and approx’ 5 min’s drive inland to Constantia, Cape Towns original Winelands with some stunning restaurants and wine estates.

Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

3 floor split level property comfortably furnished in a minimalistic style. The living space is on the entry level which is the middle floor, the master bedroom, another lounge area and balcony is on the top level and the other 2 bedrooms on the ground. Plenty of private outdoors space and a nice sized pool.

There are slight ocean views from the entry and middle level but better from the top level.

Living & Dining
The living space is open plan with kitchen, lounge and dinning areas all on the middle level. The lounge opens out onto the terrace and pool.

Dining inside seats up to 6 people and outside up to 6 on the terrace.
