Situated just back from the beachfront, less than 2 min’s walk from the apartment on to Hout Bay Beach. The apartment is west/north facing on the 2nd level of the apartment building so benefits from wonderful views mountain and ocean views, as well as a sunny terrace to enjoy them from.

Hout Bay is a working fishing harbour where you can purchase fresh fish for your braai (bbq). The harbour is less than 5 min’s drive from the apartment.

The apartment building is not a huge building, approx 50 apartments on 3 levels.
