Charming 4 bedroom Cape Venacular Cottage located in it’s own private grounds with fenced private pool in the Scott Estate, Hout Bay approx’ 10 min’s walk to the beachfront, where there is also a wide selection of restaurants, shops and cafes.


Location
Situated on the Chapman’s Peak side of the valley in the Scott Estate, this side of the valley enjoys the afternoon and evening sunlight. Approx walking time to the beachfront, shops and restaurants (good variety of restaurants including some good fish options) is 10 min’s and less than 5 min’s drive to the harbour for the best fish and chips in the area, 10/15 min’s drive to Constantia, cape Towns original Winelands where there are some wine estates to experience and some superb restaurants.

Hout Bay is a working fishing harbour village conveniently located just 10 min’s drive from Constantia, Cape Towns original wine region. Constantia is Hout Bay valley with world class restaurants, some of Cape Town oldest wine estates, stunning golf courses and fantastic walking and off road cycling. At the opposite end of the valley by the ocean is Hout Bay. The fishing harbour is on the Cape Town side of the huge bay away from the beach. The harbour is a great location for purchasing fresh fish for the braai (bbq) and also where you can get the best fish and chips already prepared for you!
