Situated on a quite residential street which runs parallel to the main road through the center of the harbor town, less than 5 min’s walk to the town, approx’ 10 min’s walk to the beach, 2 min’s drive to the harbor where you can purchase fresh fish for your braai (bbq) and approx’ 10 min’s drive to Constantia Cape Towns original Winelands where there some wonderful wine estates to visit and fabulous restaurants to enjoy.

Property
Accommodates 11/12 people, in 2 properties with a connecting door. The main house accommodates 6/7 and the cottage on the grounds 4/5 people. The properties are run as one and not rented as 2 separate parties at the same time.

This is a Cape Dutch style villa, very homely decorated with Colonial and African influences. Coloured walls, railway sleeper beams, wooden floors and window shutters, beautiful finishes, interesting African art and paintings, antique cupboards, desks and wardrobes all contribute to the relaxed colonial African charm and feel of Villa Albert.

Each property is completely self-contained with own entrance/exits. Although the main house has laundry facilities with the connecting cottage does not. There is an inter-connecting door between the 2 properties.

Living & Dining
Both properties have lounges with direct access to the private garden with sparkling solar heated pool and Jacuzzi, outside braai (bbq) facilities with rustic shady cover. In the main house the kitchen can be closed off by double doors, in the connecting cottage it is fully open plan with dining and kitchen areas.

Entertainment; TV including DSTV and Mnet, DVD player, video recorder, quality HiFi CD player as well as games

Kitchens
Both kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. However the main house has washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher which the cottage does not.

5 spacious bedrooms serviced by 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are in the main house, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the cottage.
