Situated on the Northshore side of Hout Bay valley less than 5 minuets walk to the main town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants and less than 10 min’s walk to the beach. The working Fishing Harbor where you can buy fresh fish for your braai (BBQ) or purchase great fish and chips is just a 2 min drive away.

Constanita, Cape Town’s original Winelands is approx’ 10 min’s drive, the city 25 and trendy Camps Bay 15 min’s.

Leading out off the dining area is a large terracotta tilled patio extending over 3 sides of the property with built in braai (bbq) and patio furniture for dining and relaxing. Views are moutains and across the valley with limited ocean views.

Kitchen
Bright and modern fully equipped kitchen with ample base and wall units for storage and a laundry room. Appliances include a large fridge freezer combo, electric oven and hob with extractor fan, microwave and dishwasher, as well as the small electrical appliances including kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and a juicer. Matching china, cutlery and glasses for 8 place settings. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, all bed linen, towels, beach towels are provided and stored in the laundry.
