The beachfront where there are further shops and restaurants is approx’ 5 min’s drive and the fishing harbour where you can get excellent ready to eat fish & chips as well as fresh fish for your braai (bbq). Constantia Cape Towns original Winelands with some of the oldest wine estates and world class restaurants, famous golf courses, a selection of small and large shopping centres/malls is just 10 min’s drive away.

This is a delightful double-story rustic cottage offering a ‘get away from it all’ relaxing holiday home. The villa is very private and quiet with stunning views across the valley to the mountains and Atlantic Ocean. You can relax on the balcony enjoying the views and watching the horses as they meander and graze through the trees.

Living & Dining
The main open plan living space is upstairs where the views are best with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Off the main living space is a balcony/covered veranda that spans the width of the property with braai (bbq) and outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. Floor to ceiling windows/doors off the lounge area and a huge/tall picture window of the dining area ensure the views can be enjoyed from within as well as from the balcony.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

There is a second lounge on the lower level with covered veranda/balcony that spans the width of the building also with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. The views are almost as good from this level as the upper!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Upper level double; with queen bed serviced by a full bathroom shared with the single bedroom on the same level
• Lower level double; with queen bed and large en-suite bathroom
